The AAA Four-Diamond Grand Geneva® Resort & Spa, owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, will celebrate its 25th birthday in style with unique experiences, offerings and events beginning this month.

For foodies, Grand Geneva is offering a variety of dining specials – including the exclusive 25th birthday peanut butter bomb dessert. The resort’s award-winning restaurants, Geneva ChopHouse and Ristorantè Brissago, will also offer distinct tasting menus highlighting dishes served at the resort 25 years ago, including appetizers such as seared scallops with white truffle honey, pancetta crisps and a borola gastrique; a chicken schnitzel dish with Yukon gold potatoes, fried capers and a citrus buerre blanc; as well as a tuna tartar with avocado-cucumber salad, sweet soy glaze with sriracha. Guests can toast the resort’s silver anniversary with a bottle of Grand Geneva Select 25, the hotel’s private label bottle of bourbon, the resort’s own Grand Geneva Amber Ale draft beer, and the limited edition 25th birthday canned Brute beers.

On select dates throughout 2019, Grand Geneva will offer guests and neighbors a variety of specials and themed events that will take visitors back in time, including a ’90s trivia game, ’90s pricing on select offerings, 25th birthday discounts, and scavenger hunts throughout the resort. In addition, guests can enjoy 1994-themed pool and ski parties, and summer events that will have everyone reminiscing about iconic ’90s songs and style.

Special 25th anniversary offers include:

• Spa guests can aerobicize their way through throwback fitness classes and a 25-day fitness challenge, as well as enjoy 1994 throwback prices, $25 services, and a $25 discount on select days at the resort’s WELL Spa + Salon.
• Golfers can take advantage of the resort’s fall birthday tournament, limited-edition golf merchandise and new promotions throughout the year, including rounds of golf priced at the resort’s opening rate in 1994. The resort is also hosting a private celebration for all golf members.
• Grand Geneva will offer a 25th Birthday Locals Club for the regional community, which includes VIP access to offers such as $25 rounds of golf, $25 room discounts, 25% off spa services and more.
• The resort’s Birthday Party overnight package features special rates, a birthday dessert treat, draft pours of the hotel’s Grand Geneva Amber Ale, and a copy of the Grand Tale book – encompassing the history of the property’s extensive transformation.

The party doesn’t stop there. Just in time for this momentous occasion, the resort recently completed the renovation of its largest conference space, the Forum Convention Center, completed updates to its boardrooms for smaller meetings, and refreshed its beautiful Grand Suite accommodations.
