Chef Jared Wentworth is smiling. A lot. He is sitting in the back dining room of Longman & Eagle, his award winning gastro pub in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. It is just days after Michelin awarded him a coveted Star ranking for the third year running.

Christine E. Miller, M.S. has been a professional writer and editor for over 16 years, during which time her expertise has evolved from composing marketing and business copy to writing articles/blogs and creative nonfiction.
