Opportunities for exploration, entertainment, and excitement are endless whenever you step foot in New York city. When in the city that never sleeps, you will find that the opportunities for new dining experiences are endless as well. If you ever find yourself in the heart of Noho, then you will be steps away from the fine cuisine at ACME New York.
ACME was brought to life by Danish chef, Mads Refslund, in January 2012. Although ACME’s menu appears to be of mainly American descent, Refslund also loves to throw Nordic influences in to the mix. From fish tacos to french toast for brunch, or from oysters to cast iron duck for dinner, finding a dish that will satisfy your taste buds will not be a problem when browsing ACME’s menu.
Even if you happen to be more of a night owl, you can lounge in ACME’s downstairs bar that is open from 7pm to 3am Tuesday through Saturday. With a cocktail in hand as the DJ spins some tunes in the background, the downstairs area will give you the perfect ambiance of the New York city nightlife you so desire.
If the fact that Details Magazine named ACME one of the “Sexiest New Restaurants in America” won’t lure you to their doorstep, perhaps the fact that head chef Mads Refslund uses only the freshest produce from local farmer’s market will make you think twice.
